  • Alerts Feed – Trade ideas and signals are shared in real time for educational and informational purposes. Timing, execution, and accuracy are not guaranteed.

  • Market Regime Updates – Regular insights into current market conditions, trends, and regime shifts to support independent analysis and decision-making.

  • Discord Chat: Community-driven discussions and commentary around trade ideas, educational content, and market analysis. Discussions are not official guidance and may reflect user opinions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior in the chat-room or membership sections.

  • Share content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

Trades, ideas, and signals shared are hypothetical or illustrative and do not guarantee actual financial results.

While we may execute trades in personal or LLC accounts, there is no obligation to replicate every trade, and timing, execution, and slippage may vary. None of the content should be interpreted as professional financial advice, and users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions. Caviar Group & Company LLC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from reliance on our materials or trade ideas.

6. Account Registration

7. Membership, Payments, and Fees

  • Membership Pricing: The subscription price for membership is locked in for life for those who maintain their subscription, unless you unsubscribe. Membership prices are subject to change, but your rate will not change unless you unsubscribe and resubscribe at a future date.

  • No Refund Policy: All membership sales are final. We do not offer refunds for memberships or services purchased. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no guarantees or refunds are provided.

  • Subscription Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled by the user. You are responsible for managing your subscription and can cancel at any time through your account settings.

  • Business Closure: In the event that Caviar Group or any of its platforms, including Caviar Lab, ceases operations or shuts down, memberships will automatically terminate. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of a membership, and recurring billing will be discontinued immediately upon closure.

8. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

Users may post and share their ideas, trades, and discussions within the platform, including Discord chat, about the Alerts Feed, Caviar Cycle Playbook, Market Regime Updates, or any other content provided by Caviar Group & Company LLC. By posting, you grant Caviar Group & Company LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as needed to provide Services. You agree to follow our community guidelines, including:

  • No sharing of false or misleading trade information.

  • No engaging in harmful or disruptive behavior in discussions about portfolio ideas.

  • No spamming, trolling, or illegal activity.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE OF CONTENT

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in inappropriate behavior. You must abide by Discord's Terms of Service while using our chat-rooms.

  • Investment Risks: You acknowledge that the trades, ideas, and signals shared via Alerts Feed, Caviar Cycle Playbook, Market Regime Updates, Discord chat, or any other platform content involve substantial risk, and that past performance or shared examples are not indicative of future results. You agree that you will not hold Caviar Group & Company LLC liable for any financial losses or damages incurred based on decisions made using the information shared through these Services.
